"Reiki" is a form of alternative healing that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. It involves the use of "universal life energy," which practitioners believe can be channeled through the hands to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. The word "Reiki" comes from two Japanese words: "Rei," meaning "universal," and "Ki," meaning "life energy."
Reiki is often used as a complementary therapy alongside other medical or psychological treatments. The practice is non-invasive, and no belief system is required to benefit from it. Many people report feeling more relaxed and centered after a session, and some experience relief from various physical or emotional ailgnment.

Usui Reiki Level II: A Guide to distant healing and advanced techniques
Course Overview: Reiki Level 2 is the second step in the Usui Reiki system. It builds upon the foundation laid in Level 1 and introduces more advanced techniques, including the use of sacred symbols and mantras to enhance the practitioner’s healing abilities. In this level, you will learn how to perform distant healing, a powerful tool for sending Reiki energy across time and space.

ReIki Master Yoshie Ito
Master Yoshie is very passionate person who loves Holistic Healing and Nature.She has been practicing yoga for 15 years as a soul and body specialist and Usui Reiki since 2010. She is a reiki Master and alongside a Sound healing therapist. She has helped many individuals to empower and energy activation with her sound healing sessions and teachings.
Since 2020, Yoshie is working alongside with Harati Singing bowls and Sound and Serenity Nepal where she contributed to develop and grow many areas. She has hosted series of online workshops to help connect with people around the world, planned and executed Harati singing bowl’s overseas training in 2022 with a great success, and helped to plan Harati’s long-awaited retreat at Nepal in 2024.
And she will continue to walk alongside Harati family in its future growth.
